Is FedEx still the best place to fax documents?

I haven't sent a fax in years and suddenly my landlord is asking for one instead of email (don't ask why). I’m considering FedEx because it’s the only place I remember offering faxing, but I’m not sure if it’s still the go-to option or if there are cheaper alternatives now. Is there any site that explains current FedEx fax pricing so I know whether it’s even worth going?
